How are Christians to judge? With the righteous judgment of God from His Word.
Hebrews 12:1-3 “fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith”
How a Christian lives his or her life is important. Our actions speak louder than our words, and if we profess faith in Jesus Christ, it is our actions that glorify God and Christ. Jesus said “If you love me you will keep my commands.” Living right before God and men actually adorns the doctrine of God and Paul tells Titus.
When we praise God for His specific acts of goodness we are strengthened in our fellowship, assured of His fidelity, reminded of His faithfulness and it makes our praise all the sweeter to Him. God loves our praises!!
What exactly does it mean to be “in Christ”? That supernatural union is the very ground of our salvation, sanctification and perseverance. The words “In Christ” underscore the tremendous love of God and His grace toward sinners in the saving of a people to be His own for His eternal praise and glory.
