When you receive the gospel and hold it as central, you get sanctification in the bargain. When you receive the gospel and then, move on to other things, you lose both the gospel and it’s sanctifying power.
There are only two ways to view the world. Either the creation is self-existent, naturalistic and complete in and of itself, or, there is a creator who stands apart from and outside of the creation as it’s originator and sustainer.
